Chief Executive Officer
As a second generation Arizonian Juanice Oldham brings more than 20 years of construction industry experience. Juanice is a former boardmember for ASU's AWIC Program, which aims the recruitment, retention, and ultimately, the job placement of strong, qualified females from the School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment’s Del E. Webb School of Construction (DEWSC) or the Construction Engineering Programs at Arizona State University. Juanice is a Valley Leadership Class 38 Alumni, and was featured in Know Phoenix 2018 Publication.
Juanice oversees all functions of the business including construction operations, strategic planning, sales and marketing, human resources, finance and negotiations.
In 2013, Juanice's ambition to start her business stems
from her desire to be at the forefront of turning her client’s visions into a reality.
Arthur is an Arizona native, he brings over 35 years of construction background to Forefront. Arthur oversees all facets of operations while
maintaining quality relationships and ensuring project success.
Arthur has supervised the completion of more than $3 billion in construction costs over the course of his career. His leadership led to the fruition of the 110 acre park and sports complex for the City of Maricopa’s new Copper Sky Park and Recreation Center.
His extensive resume includes the Family Research Center For Genentech Laboratories, Xavier College Preparatory Founders Hall and Sports Complex with HDA Architects, The South Mountain Community Library with Richard + Bauer Architects as well as the Arizona State University Institute for Computing and Information Sciences.
Several of his projects are the recipient of the Gold, Silver and Copper awards from the U.S. Green Building Council.
